初夏鹏城，文脉涌动，盛会启幕。5月21日，为期五天的第二十二届中国（深圳）国际文化产业博览交易会在深圳国际会展中心盛大开幕 。作为国家级、国际化、综合性文化产业盛会，本届文博会以**“赋能文化新质生产力，共创产业高质量发展”**为主题，规模再创新高，敞开怀抱迎接全球宾客 。

2026年（十五五开局之年），世界侨联拟在福州新区长乐侨乡，启动建设《世华联祖国统一大业观光世界博览园》（简称“世博园”），助力民族复兴、促进祖国统一。

世博园核心配套项目包括：

1. 建设世界侨联（迪拜）风情七星级国际酒店；

2. 打造世华联两岸观音妈祖文化旅游度假村及两岸同胞共仰的十大佛道教文化朝拜博览园；

3. 建设56个民族大团结民族村寨，彰显中华民族复兴文化；

4. 引入台北故宫复刻馆、台湾风情商业观光购物街等国际领先创新科技项目。

该世博园为百亿级两岸大型文旅康养项目，选址福州长乐国际机场附近滨海区域，坐拥全国罕见的海底温泉资源，将打造面向全球华侨华人与两岸四地同胞的国际旅游度假、医疗康养、候鸟式养老目的地，立足长乐侨乡海底温泉基地，服务全球侨胞与国内企业家。

In early summer, cultural heritage thrives in Pengcheng, marking the grand opening of a spectacular event. On May 21, the 22nd China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industry Fair kicked off grandly at Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center and lasted for five days. As an influential national, international and comprehensive cultural industry event, the fair reached a new scale. With the theme of "Empowering New Quality Cultural Productivity, Jointly Creating High-quality Industrial Development", it welcomed guests from all over the world.

Supported by the World Federation of Overseas Chinese, China Cross-Strait Cultural, Economic and Trade Exchange Association and Standing Committee of World Overseas Chinese Federation, the event gathered numerous elite member enterprises from various countries. Multiple institutions including World International Trade Center Group, Revitalization Technology Group (China) Venture Capital Co., Ltd., Cross-Strait Biotechnology Research Institute and Wall Street (Shenzhen) Equity Investment Fund Management Co., Ltd. assembled overseas Chinese members, compatriots and merchants from cross-strait regions to attend the fair together.

Covering a total exhibition area of 160,000 square meters, the fair consists of 8 major exhibition halls and more than 30 professional exhibition zones. It attracted 6,312 exhibitors home and abroad. Online and offline activities including exhibition display, economic and trade negotiation and cultural communication were held simultaneously, showcasing over 120,000 fine cultural products. For the first time, APEC Economic Zone Exhibition Area and Artificial Intelligence Featured Exhibition Area were set up. The in-depth integration of digital technology and traditional culture fully demonstrated the innovative vitality and fruitful achievements of China's cultural industry in the new era, attracting cultural practitioners, overseas Chinese figures, cross-strait merchants and outstanding enterprises worldwide.

The exhibition venue was packed with visitors. Delegations and overseas Chinese business groups from more than 60 countries and regions came to the scene. They brought high-quality overseas cultural resources and industrial achievements for exchanges, and actively built bridges for cultural communication between China and foreign nations.

Our reporter conducted an on-site interview with Professor Chen Zhengui. He serves as Executive Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of World International Trade Center Group, as well as Director and China Regional President of Greater China Preparatory Committee of Wall Street Investment Bank (China) Co., Ltd. He mentioned that benefiting from the long-term accumulated resources in overseas Chinese communities and cross-strait exchanges, overseas Chinese and member enterprises took an active part in various communication and docking activities. For a long time, overseas Chinese communities and the bilingual news team of World Overseas Chinese Daily News Agency have been the backbone of spreading Chinese culture overseas. Gathering in Shenzhen, participants took advantage of the international platform of the cultural expo to tell Chinese stories to the world, carry forward cultural heritage, and help fine traditional Chinese culture gain global popularity.

Compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan formed outstanding exhibition teams, becoming a highlight of the fair. They displayed distinctive cultural and creative products, intangible cultural heritage crafts, cultural tourism projects and original cultural IPs, covering intangible heritage inheritance, digital cultural creation, film and television tourism, arts and crafts and creative design. Participants held in-depth discussions on cultural industry integration, tourism project cooperation, intangible heritage co-development and youth cultural exchanges. They seized cooperation opportunities and enhanced mutual friendship via cultural ties, consolidating the consensus that compatriots across the strait share the same origin and blood bond.

Elite member enterprises such as Revitalization Technology Group (China) Venture Capital Co., Ltd. and World International Trade Center Group displayed achievements of culture-technology integration, cross-border cultural, tourism, economic and trade projects, as well as cutting-edge technologies and operation modes of digital cultural industry. These enterprises showed their commitment to developing cultural industry, promoting cross-strait integration and helping domestic products enter global markets, injecting strong momentum into industrial development and business cooperation.

Leading cultural enterprises, cultural and creative organizations and intangible heritage inheritors from all over China gathered at the fair. They presented regional cultural achievements, digital creative works, rural tourism products and new industrial projects, technologies and modes. Immersive VR experience, AI cultural creation and digital heritage restoration made traditional culture glow with new vitality in the digital age, reflecting the diversified, innovative and open international development pattern of China's cultural industry.

The cultural expo acts as not only a display window for cultural achievements, but also an excellent platform for industrial cooperation, overseas Chinese linkage, cross-strait communication and government-enterprise collaboration. A series of industrial docking meetings, project promotion conferences and cultural summit forums were held, together with multiple transaction promotion policies. These measures realized accurate matching and efficient implementation of cultural and commercial resources at home and abroad. Overseas Chinese merchants connected closely with domestic cultural markets, boosted in-depth integration of cross-strait cultural industry and two-way cultural and economic exchanges, driving steady progress of domestic cultural industry.

Culture conveys values, and solidarity prospers the nation. Connected by culture and industry, the expo strengthened friendship among Chinese people at home and abroad and inherited cross-strait cultural origins. Going forward, the World Federation of Overseas Chinese, China Cross-Strait Cultural, Economic and Trade Exchange Association and Standing Committee of World Overseas Chinese Federation will continue to take the expo as a regular communication platform. They will connect overseas Chinese, cross-strait compatriots and member enterprises, deepen cultural integration, industrial cooperation and people-to-people friendship, inherit and innovate traditional Chinese culture.

Good news was released by the International Foreign Affairs Department of World Overseas Chinese Federation and World Overseas Chinese Daily News Agency during the expo. In 2026, the initial year of the 15th Five-Year Plan, World Overseas Chinese Federation plans to construct the World United Expo Park for National Reunification in Changle, Fuzhou New Area. The project aims to advance national rejuvenation and cross-strait reunification.

Four supporting projects will be built in the park:

First, a seven-star international hotel featuring Dubai local customs;

Second, Guanyin and Mazu cultural tourist resort and grand worship garden for Buddhism and Taoism culture admired by compatriots across the strait;

Third, ethnic villages showcasing the unity of all 56 Chinese ethnic groups;

Fourth, Taipei Palace Museum exhibition hall and Taiwan-style commercial sightseeing streets equipped with advanced innovative technologies.

This large-scale cross-strait cultural, tourism and health care project boasts tens of billions of investment funds. It is located near the coast close to Fuzhou Changle International Airport, where rare offshore hot spring resources are discovered. The site will be developed into an international resort for tourism, medical health care and migratory elderly care.

The resort warmly welcomes overseas Chinese and compatriots from cross-strait regions as well as domestic entrepreneurs to experience natural offshore hot spring wellness baths in Changle overseas Chinese hometown. The project will spread Chinese rejuvenation culture to the world, facilitate cross-strait integrated development, unite Chinese people nationwide and overseas, and make contributions to building a culturally powerful country.

As the starting year of the 15th Five-Year Plan in 2026, this large-scale cross-strait cultural tourism and international elderly care industrial project is the primary investment choice, inheriting national rejuvenation culture and building the World Expo Park for Cross-Strait National Reunification.

The project supports multiple matching formats:

1. Build a Dubai-style 7-star international hotel as the global overseas Chinese headquarters economic base in Fuzhou, operated by top Dubai hotel management team.

2. Construct Buddhist and Taoist cultural resort and worship halls integrating cross-strait Guanyin and Mazu beliefs widely admired by people on both sides.

3. Build Taipei Palace Museum Exhibition Hall, Taipei-style commercial street, 56 ethnic characteristic villages and cross-strait film & television shooting base.

With a total investment of 10 billion RMB, the project is located in Changle District, Fuzhou, a famous hometown of overseas Chinese on the west coast of Taiwan Strait, near Changle International Airport and coastal submarine hot spring area. It will be fully completed within 3 to 5 years and open global investment invitation and operation.

This project benefits the present and future generations, serving as a landmark for national reunification. We sincerely welcome overseas Chinese, compatriots from both sides of the Taiwan Strait, believers of Guanyin and Mazu, entrepreneurs and people longing for national reunification to participate and cooperate.

We invite overseas Chinese from 108 countries, 1080 overseas associations and 10,800 enterprises to become initiators. 108,000 global initiators will be selected, and 108 core members will join the standing council of the preparatory committee.
